Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare clear and detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Analyze existing product features and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that developed features meet business requirements.
- Create process flows, wire-frames, or simple mockups when necessary.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 2Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Good documentation skills, including preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and process flows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong AI mindset, with genuine curiosity and willingness to learn more about AI tools.
- Interest in modern software product design, user-centric thinking, and product analysis.
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
Experience Requirement:
1–2 years of experience is preferred, but freshers with a modern product mindset are also encouraged to apply.
